7.00-8.00 : silent sitting & movement
8.00-9.00 : breakfast
9.00-13.00 : morning session
13.00-14.00 : lunch
14.00-18.00 : afternoon session
18.00-19.30 : dinner
19.30 - 22.00 : evening session

PRICES
Each one of the trainings has the same fee structure. This pricing is per training.

• Training fee: 650-950€ (see below: sliding scale)
• Accomodation: approximately 20-35€/day
• Food: approximately 10-15€/day

If you stay for the second training, you can stay in the days inbetween for approximately 20-35€/day.

FARM TO TABLE
In every training course, we prepare all meals in small teams as part of the work. We source organic ingredients from local farms to keep us nourished and at home, and to be cared for and inspired to continue practicing ethical and healthy eating habits.
